I believe there were 4 ExpressJet/ASA CRJ-200's that came over. All 4 were EV tails, right?

I noticed N858AS is now registered to Pinnacle Partners LLC. Who is that and where will this airplane end up?

Not that it's a question related to the former, but could more 200's come over from there after all?
