I'm flabbergasted that something our IT department has rolled out is having problems. Has Fedex IT EVER, EVER made an upgrade that went smoothly?? The question now is, how long and what adjustments do the users have to make to accommodate this improvement?? My guess this "improvement" has meant a cheaper way to to deal with internal mail. Someone with get a productivity bonus and we will get to deal with the mess.
