Anyone smart on how the min/max numbers are cooked compared to this?

For example, on the current small GUM vacancy, the min/max shows SFO full at 83 max for 756FO. If they needed another 21 pilots, why not show around 104 max. In order for the min/max to be accurate, I assume that either they’re planning ahead for another large vacancy and associated exodus around the time these guys finish OE or that they don’t accurately post the min/max numbers. The latter seems unlikely because of how they reference min/max as important in crew resources.
