I agree that a credit hour above guarantee for an SC would be a small but significant improvement to our SC system.

I think a pay garuantee for SC is a great idea. The first move towards that was getting "credit" for a SC in TA2. Now maybe we can move towards credit above the guarantee especially if we end up with SC/LC lines with different guarantees.
I would think that might make the schedulers think before putting someone on SC 'just because they can'.
