Don't go to endeavor until they get them. Trust me, it would really really suck to go there then not have them get 175s. Then what are you going to do? Fly a CRJ? Good luck with that, it's so much harder flying the crj than the 175, you'll most likely wash out in Sims like 50% of crj pilots. Mesa is hiring for the 175, so is skywest last I heard. Horizon too. The most important thing is to preserve your career with as few pink slips as possible.
