Not poking at you with this statement...just a thought. Upgrading is getting less and less attractive. The other bidpacks are starting to look like 727 lines. I realize there are some sweet trips here and there...but geez...at this company if you are not up in seniority some of the lines are just plain tough.

Our hourly rate needs to reflect this in the future, IMHO. The payrate for a one leg in, one leg out 17 hour layover is past. The new rates better reflect the "optimized" reality.

If there is a silver lining, its that the closer you get to FAR limits the less options they have to make it worse. Pryrric victory, I admit...

December is always nuts anyway. Perhaps a peek at the Jan bidpacks will give us a realistic picture.
