Potential new hires, there is hope!
I'm staring down 3rd year pay in the distance, coming this winter. With a little bit of luck and per diem, I'm going to break the 70k threshold in 2019. It's going to be a wild Christmas around this fireplace!
At the end of three years, I'll have come a long way towards closing the gap from leaving my regional. My spreadsheet shows I'll only be Negative $14,400.00 behind in pay, and that even counts paying for my own hotel during training here. Not too shabby.
Yeah, I know, it'd take more years to bridge that gap if you're a regional captain, but what regional captains are looking at F9? As a regional FO, the gap is much easier to bridge and should only take 3-4 years to make up what you lost by leaving the right seat of your regional and coming to Frontier.
