At the end of three years, I'll have come a long way towards closing the gap from leaving my regional. My spreadsheet shows I'll only be Negative $14,400.00 behind in pay, and that even counts paying for my own hotel during training here. Not too shabby.
Yeah, I know, it'd take more years to bridge that gap if you're a regional captain, but what regional captains are looking at F9? As a regional FO, the gap is much easier to bridge and should only take 3-4 years to make up what you lost by leaving the right seat of your regional and coming to Frontier.
So let me get this straight, you're all proud of the fact that after almost three years you are "only14,000" negative in pay. You could've had an A320 type for around 10 grand, and probably been at UA, or DAL by now.if you would've gotten a 737 type you could've been at WN. Then you'd be ahead of the game.
