Just buses. You have easy access to the trains to the city. Oh, and car services. It's been a while since I've been there. I don't know how the air train plays into things. When I was there last, they spoke of a stop on the F line (if memory serves) to connect with the Air Train. Check into it.

718-330-1234 is the MTA. Tell them where you are and where you want to go and they will assemble your route.

http://www.hopstop.com/ is a website to do the same. Like most map web sites, you have to know the departure address and you can put in JFK or LGA. I hope this helps. Let me know.
