Dont think a lack of new hires is going to change anyones mind. They'll just work the rest of you to death and call it teamwork culture. Meanwhile theyre saving millions on ancillary costs when it comes to staffing an airline with pilots.

Long story short, dont blame the new hires for showing up and dont think a lack of new hires will give you any additional leverage.

Is Air Wisconsin's compensation close to 50% less than the other regionals? Are other regionals having trouble finding new hires? Did Air wisconsin offer more money to get people through the door?.....?
