No matter what anyone says, they will have the full information and be forced to reconsider any "decision" they've made IF this TA has the amazing unicorn language you guys are suggesting.

If the TA is AWESOME, nobody will vote NO just because they "decided" so based upon the bullet points, no matter what they say. Maybe Q, assuming he even has the right to vote. But, I'm pretty sure this AWESOME TA can survive one single Q NO vote.
