I swear people are not reading what is being said and just spouting off from their ivory towers.

If the van driver moves 687lbs of bags I will applaud them but if my bags are not part of that number, what purpose do I have tipping? As I have said several times, I tip about 50% of the time. Often I load my own because he/she has a much bigger task to handle with the fa’s. Other times I let them handle it.

In regards to the “lady in the restaurant” comment, this is exactly the women I am married too and I assure you she earns her tips. There is more to it than just walking out 3lbs of food, hence the tip. In addition, restaurant workers are often paid much lower hourly wages because a much larger portion of their income is expected through tipping. This is not the case system wide with van drivers. They often fall under a different set of rules.

Anyways, I am pretty much done with this thread as I have said all I can.

I will however finish by making a point that once again it’s the righteous people judging others here that are the problem, not the other way around.

If you can honestly say you understand me, which some of you seem to believe you can, then I am a selfish, cheap, pos millennial that needs his mommy around simply because you witnessed me not tip a van driver a buck one day. Perhaps it is time to take a look at yourself before judging others so easily and I hope I don’t ever have to deal with you in person.

Peace.

Whoa, how many "women" are you married to anyway?
