But otherwise, 200% is a day which you were not scheduled to work, so you have now traded time off (which for those of us who like are families is time with them) for 200%. The value position is yours to make, but you can't have both.
Exactly. You're either working more or at home more. I'd rather fly 85 hours of credit with 11 days off at $50 an hour than 115 with 9 days off at $35.
