3 years wont get you crap in SLC!! LOL. 15 years reserve captains in SLC.. there are only 41 FO bids in for DFW as there 1st or 2nd choice... after around 30 your hitting the 4100 mark out of 4500 pilots. It will go to Newhires by fall. (If you don’t believe me look back at my track record on these topics)
