Main thing is MIA and having the flow isn’t a bad thing either. Usually, I wouldn’t care about cadet programs, but Envoy is at the top of my list so I want to make sure to secure a spot there.

I know hiring slowed a ton for people that outside of the pipeline (cadet/RTP) so I don’t want to get left behind so to speak. I know that I still have maybe 1.5-2 years until I hit ATP minimum so a lot can change in that time.

I know RAH has MIA, but it’s almost impossible to get it especially if you plan on upgrading. No need to bring up RAH.

Thoughts?
If Envoy is where you want to go I'd sign up for the cadet program. With the flight benefits, medical, vacation accrual, and seniority for you class, its kinda hard to pass up.
