If you have the hours for CASW you can definitely get a job anywhere else for way more. Starting pay 33K with 6 month contract paid through a snail mail check. Tops out at 45k. All night flying and home during the day. No decent benefits but the Commander is a blast to fly. They are stuck in the 90’s.
