I’ve had a few meal replacement expense requests be approved so far. I’ve received the meal replacement cost via direct deposit but not the $40 settlement on any my expense reports.
Has anybody received their settlement and if so did it come with your meal replacement money or later.
The instructions from the union say not to include the settlement $$ into the reimbursement amount. The company is supposed to add that manually after approval.
My expense reports are being approved but the $40 settlement is not showing up in concur or with the direct deposits.
