Ok good to know that you all saw familiar faces from your job fairs. I didn’t, so forgive me for painting with a broad brush with that statement.

With that said I still stand by my opinion that the top applicants should be going straight to an interview, not a job fair. If they are our top applicants you bet your bottom dollar they are in the wheelhouse of the other big, high paying airlines. Again, let’s not waste their time with a job fair before someone like Delta or SWA snatches them up. Or we can keep kicking the can down the road with these highly qualified pilots. I mean we do have CFI’s going through training at TK as we speak, so there is that.
