Your list of suggestions and absolute confidence in their results, makes me wonder why you would stay out of the process. Sounds like we would be honored to have a man of your prowess at the helm.
I don't even need a full disclosure of the T/A.
- It's taken 3+ years,
- we are paying 1.9%++,
- the AIP pay rate blows badly,
- they canceled the informational picket voluntarily under false pretenses, etc.
I won't disclose my involvement or lack of involvement in the process. All I'm saying is that we need people who look for ways to fight, who look for ways to use the legal system in our favor, and who calls out BJ every single time for every minor detail. We need something like Trump who calls out CNN for their fake news reporting and to attack the system in general. That's the kind of person we need. I fear what we have instead are career apologists/defeatists who have never known anything else and are extremely limited. I would hire a 20 year old if all he did was viciously attack the system and BJ. We need warriors, not politically correct pretty-boy bureaucrats who can win popularity contests but not show results.
