It's my understanding only 2/3's of it counts for consolidation.
Also, if you are doing IOE you aren't qualified so you will need a 4th pilot.

Anyone know how the FAA looks at it? We fly under supplemental rules, so there is no crew rest, just have to follow req that says, no more than 8 hrs at the controls and no more that 12 hrs flight time.
