Just for fun, I applied the new junior man rules from the TA to my schedule last month. If I had taken pay protected days in lieu, my credit would have been over 150 for 13 days worked. If I had elected to take 200% pay on normal days, I would have been over 190 for 19 days worked.
This is not an endorsement of the new TA, just an example of how the credit hours can pile up without a huge loss of QOL if you take the time to learn the finer points of our contract.
