Truth is lately I have no idea how my 4 day trip will go. It usually involves reroutes, multiple crew changes, and many many delays. I've been junior manned a couple times this year and have been unable to accept a couple junior mans. If you have legit reasons and work with them (hey I can't do that overnight but I can work up to this point for you) life will go better.
