That's correct. Does it matter who put forth the idea? I was always a big believer in getting some momentum on at least any relief. And this idea had a lot of backup from plenty of natives. While we would love to see back dues forgiven, ain't gonna happen - not here, or ALPA, or anywhere. Too many folks with different issues and politics involved. This at least is alittle easier on the wallet for those who will join.

Along with proposing LOS, this is a step in the right direction.
