But I have had them stick it in my ribs and twist, blowing up my chances to commute after I saved them from what I strongly suspect was their own monumental incompetence and still generally like them. I have come to an apathetic point of view towards CS. I just live by one simple rule - be nice and occasionally funny. That seems to get me what I want most often. I think the trick is to know how CS operates and live within those "reasonable" standards. S3 guys calling to get released before the last flight is off the ground just annoys CS. Calling and asking to be released when the last flight is off is more acceptable. Reasonable is a term that has two meanings. The pilot vs CS definition is drastically different. Figure it out and you won't be as frustrated.
