Same thing actually. Literally not an issue at all and in fact was a great trip with a great crew. I am beginning to think there are just a few "tip" warriors on these boards.

The irony of them judging the rest of us is lost on them. I did tip twice this trip, both times because I had the cash on me, once because the driver actually met us at the security checkpoint and another because he was entertaining and gave really good advice about what to do around the hotel.

I loaded and unloaded my bags each time.
