You should be able to find some 91 options in your local area, unless it's in the middle of nowhere.
Presumably you're guard/reserves, and could go on orders/deploy at some point. But doing some civilian flying (especially if a type rating is involved) would help diversify your resume.
But that said the CFI tickets will add points to your application scoring with the majors. Since you have mil wings, the extra points may or may not be worth the time and money to get the CFI certs.
