Does anyone know when you can apply for a FO position? They have really slowed street hires atm, for whatever reason. Many theories exist as to why, but that is irrelevant atm. Are you able to or wanting to join the cadet program they offer?
Short of that, if I remember correctly, you can interview short of what you need so long as they feel you will hit the hours you need prior to being hired on. That was awhile ago though and things are changing rapidly.
