I didn't say that you can't. I'm just saying that the work rules matter more than the pay rates in a vacuum. In other words, you cannot tell of rates are good or bad until you see the language that determines how those rates are implemented.
Until we see the language associated with those pay rates, we have no idea if they are good or bad.
For everyone else here: Southerner, show me an example where rules have compensated for substandard rates. I hope the trauma is a little less in your safe space.
