Rigs and work rules are more or less the same across the big 4. Who is working less and making more? The guy with a higher rate 90% of the time.
While I agree that his numbers are a little overzealous, I also have little doubt that a typical 12 year SWA CA does indeed make more a year than an AA CA in similar category without breaking their backs. Work rules are not as congruent as you might think. Best of luck over there at B6.
