Rigs and work rules are more or less the same across the big 4. Who is working less and making more? The guy with a higher rate 90% of the time.
It's not as back-breaking at it is portrayed on APC...talk to a few SWA pilots. What's back-breaking is flying inefficient red-eyes which Southwest doesn't have.
