CFI $45k base salary+bonus+benefits
I currently work as a manager at Horizon Aviation based out of TF Green (KPVD) in Warwick, RI. We are putting out a new initiative to hire talented CFI's willing to commit to at least 1 year of work with us at our PVD or OWD location. In exchange for a one year commitment we are offering a $45,000/year base salary with benefits. For Sr. Instructors, we are offering $55,000/year base salary. Yes - you read that correctly. This base salary also does not include our bonus structure.
