$60K, probably not worth it if you'd rather be doing something else. But I don't know your personal circumstances (high-maintenance wife, etc).
But at age 40, you're probably looking at making easily $300K- $400K your last decade at the airlines, and $200K before age 50.
So really it's about doing what you prefer now, vs. having some game-changing money later in life. Many folks don't need to change their game, especially at that age.
