Training Contracts and Interview
Just a quick question about the significance of training contracts in the eyes of potential employers.
I currently work 135 and am under a prorated training contract. I am interviewing with some regionals and am wondering if the regionals will care that I’m willing to leave my current employer before that contract is up, in order to make the switch to 121. I have every intention of paying the contract off and giving appropriate notice with current company.
Thoughts? Does this come up in interviews? Do the regionals care?
