Go read the ALPA Constitution and By-laws and see what it has to say about membership ratification of contracts, LOAs, and MOUs. Then take a moment to learn some of our recent history regarding the membership vote for the 8% "raise".

Either of those would tell you arbitration is not on the table.

Alaska got shafted with arbitration as it was part of their negotiated JCBA process. We're not in that situation.
