The guy I talked to had a Compass badge and was driving a TSA truck. Kinda like when guys with TSA badges driving a Gojet truck come up to the plane. So unless the company is violating the FARs big time, there is no way a TSA employee can have a Compass badge.
Same way it worked when AX/G7 were both operating in LGA, the mechs worked for G7 and were contracted to work AX birds as ODM.
I believe I already pointed that out.
I said TSH. Stands for Trans States Holdings which owns Gojet, Compass, and TSA. Mechanics from all 3 certificates work on planes for other certificates.
