When you go for the interview - slow down your thinking process and don't act like a CFI on speed that would give his left arm just to fly an old otter. Be straight forward and tell the truth - the guys interviewing you has lots of experince. Good luck!
So true. I was flying with someone who flew there in 2002, asked the same questions. The only wisdom if you go there is, enjoy your time there. When I was there, I was in such a hurry to get my time and leave. All the regionals will be hurting for pilots for years. The grass isn't as green on the regional side of the fence as you might think. Good luck.
