That's not newbie's washing out of training, that's trained personnel making the decision it's a crappy place to work and they are going to go somewhere else.

That's scarcely reassuring to the newbie looking to apply.
This almost makes no sense, how does people moving from a regional to major fast make the regional ****ty? Anyone who turns down a job offer at a major while being very junior at a regional would be stupid.
