Well if he was talking about lateral moves it should not of been a reply to someone who was saying people are moving up. I won’t even consider moving to an aa w/o a lateral move for those without a college degree. The reason I say this is because it’s the only way the can move up to a major. But I don’t hear about droves of people going to other regionals, mainly moving up or to a AA w/o once they realize the won’t ever make it to big metal without that side step.
