5k on the first check, 26k after OE, 10K a year (quarterly payments) every year you haven't upgraded. Not sure when the 8k prior type payment gets paid. I think it's lumped in with the OE payment. The 26k needs to be repaid in full if you leave before 1 year, and is prorated monthly thereafter until year 2. Not sure about the other two payments.
There is a 10K year 2 bonus too. This is not contingent on upgrading yet and paid as lump sum. Paid next check after one year.
4 quarterly payments of 2500 in year 3 if not eligible for upgrade. Bypass and you won’t get it. No further bonuses after year 3.
