It doesn't matter what the public thinks of our pay. We shouldn't be trying to convince them we need a raise. They have zero say in the process, except with their wallets.
You can say things like "Jetblue wants its pilots to fly across the country without food. Jetblue wants to pay its pilots less than every other airline. Jetblue code shares are undermining US jobs. Jetblue wants its pilots to be janitors."
