I don't think I was lashing out. Just stating how it is. You might want to grow a little thicker skin because your going to get a lot of admiration and admonishment from the membership just for what you could do and what you couldn't.

Seeing your a 767 guy, you might have a modicum of a chance of flying your pattern if your doing the CVG hub.

So sorry that they put R1 on your pattern that are not UB days. They usually fill them with flying after some time, but sometimes not.

I've noticed some of the other stewards VX when they get put on R1 to sit at home. They seem to be exempted from being put on "THE LIST" that is floating around out there. Of course, couple are playing the VX seniority lottery and some just fly the OT trips. Some do both.

I have always wanted us to move these discussions/rants to our forums or the less secure facebook page. Mentioned that a few times on threads here.

Unfortunately, our current administration does not want to hear anything contrary or even improvement suggestions. To the point of denying all postings to the web forum and censored (and banning persons) posts to facebook.

This hijacked thread is what happens when you try to silence the membership. A fine example of the ExCo only thinking one move at a time and not thinking of the consequences.

Personally, I thought the recordings did more damage and they got those via discovery proceedings. Teaching our Chairman what to say and not say in public probably would have helped also.
