Blue Dude has it pegged here on management and operations. Last night ORD-BOS was delayed 7hours. 7! Gigity has been here long enough to remember when we weren’t a joke on The Today show or USA Today’s Travel section. We need new jets and a new plan. I’m certainly not sticking up for our Ops people, but to put things into perspective Delta’s evening departure to SEA last night was delayed 18 hours due to WX/Ops.
