From a regional operational standpoint, I can reasonably assume that there will be no request for any alteration in scope in either direction. However—gotta love the pause, if the economic turmoil turns into hyper inflation or a massive market correction during the C2019 negotiations, you can best believe the spin will be hard-charged for scope relief.
