Imagine my amazement when I saw a post on there about fifteen days (then three days old) ago that looks like it was some sort of email response to a Birthday thanks accidentally sent to the forums in error since nothing else existed for him to respond to and then a submission on another thread eight days ago asking if posting was approved there again. One post has 24 views and 17 on what has been a killed forum.
I imagine they don't want our dirty laundry out in the open, not realizing that was the only option they gave everyone, but I'm just guessing.
Very surprising for the number of views considering:
- Posts by the general membership were stopped by removing the moderators about 4 months ago.
- This was never announced beforehand.
- This forced everyone else to go to the GC_Comms Facebook page later said tong-in-check that it wasn't an "official union source" nudge-nudge, wink-wink while to this day questions are taken from it on crew calls.
- They still don't list moderators now like they did before.
- The resumption of service as limited as it is was never announce so no one knows they are up again.
Yep, this smells a lot.

Definitely.
This much time without access due to moderators being removed silently and then the forum silently restarts only makes me more suspicious. Guess they see how bad this looks now.

Agreed.
I'm curious what drove this recent re-opening of the Atlas forums that was never announced by our leadership? Without an announcement, who would know they are back? Why would anyone go back or trust them to allow all posts allowed per the TOS considering the past behavior and deceit.
