My posts recently have not been very positive but that’s because I’m part of a group that continually shoots themselves in the foot and wonders why we’re in the position we’re in... I do enjoy my job very much and I enjoy the people I work with for the most part... but this place is an absolute disaster... we’re the worst in the industry at literally everything... yes I could leave and start all over... but I’m hopefully on the last bite of a sh!t sandwich so I may as well finish it... yes I could volunteer... well I do... and I’ve volunteered for other positions and heard nothing back on more than one occasion...

I’ve said it before.... everyone has their reasons for coming here... bases... “quick upgrade”... Airbus type... they hate themselves... whatever but I’ll put it to you like this... every time I think they can’t do something dumber or cheaper, they blow my already scant expectations out of the water...

You want something positive? I will say this... there isn’t a pilot group in the world that does more with such limited resources... if they pumped just a few dollars into the operation and hired a few people that weren’t so money focused, they could still rake in the cash and have an operation and product everyone can be proud of
