Agreed. Also I'd describe the training as more akin to airline than any 135 I've experienced. You go to sim once very 6 months and there's an annual recurrent at HQ. One of my complaints about other 135 operators I've worked for is training was a joke. Very impressed thus far with the Gama approach.
