I know last year at Xjet that United was interviewing pilots at the 9 year seniority mark. I assume that has dropped at Xjet since United’s hiring has picked up and Xjet’s pilot numbers are dwindling rapidly.
I’m imagining a good chunk that qualify will try to make the jump. Most the older guys in IAD are solid and normal. I would average them around 55ish definitely worth the try.
