Last point. These days suit and tie doesn’t equal professionalism, look at the tech sector (some of our highest paying jobs) and casual is the norm, look at your own companies nonrev dress codes which reflect these shifts. I’m young 30s living in Manhattan and my friends at big finance seldom wear suits.
So true. You just don't see it that much anymore. I had former UA CEO Tilton on board years ago and even he showed up in business casual just like all the others at corporate.
