The position is that scope at the legacies is a contractually agreed to situation. UPS has a contractually agreed to scope also as I stated before, which they are violating.

I don't understand your recommendation to read history, what is it in history you think would educate me about the enforcement of contractual scope clauses?

Where else in the US legacy airline industry is a company challenging scope in the manner UPS has decided to attempt?

Ups IS currently forcing a change to our scope clause. The change has already happened. The IPA is in a court process now reverse this change.
