Secondary lines are suppose to now be built in seniority order. What someone else wants who is junior to you shouldn't have any impact on yours. Especially since they can now use blocks of R-days to plus up a line if the trips you ask for don't quite hit the min BLG limit and there aren't any trips that work. Also, now R-days can go to anyone, not just the junior (which was a restriction under the old system).
